 Chinatown

Chinatown

If the bright neon signs and hanging lanterns don’t give it away, the golden-roofed gateways will. Melbourne’s own slice of Asia stretches along Little Bourke Street, all the way from Spring Street down to Swanston Street, spilling into the laneways inbetween.

The cuisine on offer comes from all over China, with the addition of Korean, Japanese and Thai options for extra variety.

Hungry diners will be dazzled by the smorgasbord of eateries and award-winning restaurants on offer, and shoppers can explore the narrow laneways in search of a bargain or weird and wonderful items.
